Depends on product and product size. If you need order quicker, there is an addition $15 rush order fee which you will have that option to include at checkout. Rush orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
Prints/posters/magnets/stickers are shipped in-house and take 3-5 business days to process and ship out. Puzzles are outsourced and take about a week to arrive to customer.

Pricing commissioned pieces can vary but I base it on the estimation of time I think it’ll take to complete, the cost of materials and a percentage profit margin. That is why I strongly encourage requested a price quote if you are interested in getting a commissioned piece done.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
